Dawn is passionate about client service and care! She joined the Holzrichter Morrison Group in February 2014 and has over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients in both the healthcare and financial industries.
In February 2017, Dawn received the Branch Associate All-Star Award, given annually to only two of the over 500 support associates firm-wide. This award recognizes outstanding client service and willingness to go the extra mile. Her work ethic exemplifies honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for her clients. Dawn is the epitome of Baird’s #1 rule: “Do what’s right for the client!”
Dawn holds her Series 7, Series 63 and Series 66 license. She is responsible for all administrative duties for the team including opening new accounts, updating accounts and processing account transfers. She is the team’s cash management specialist, handling all incoming and outgoing checks, electronic fund transfers, and journaling securities.
She is also an excellent resource for clients who have questions about their statements or online account access. Dawn also manages the team’s social media programs, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and the team’s website. She works closely with Baird’s marketing department on all team-related promotions and literature.
Originally from the Phoenix area, Dawn attended Concordia University in Nebraska. She has lived in Sioux City for over 25 years. She has been very involved in the community, especially in her church and her daughters’ schools. Dawn treasures the time she gets to spend with family and friends, especially her husband, Tom, and two daughters, Katie and Amanda.
